Keep Warm Function

Your ritual doesn't have to end when the boil does. Keep Warm holds your water at the perfect temperature for up to 30 minutes, so your next cup is just as precise as the first.

To activate:

1. Select your temperature preset.
2. Press the Keep Warm button — the light turns on.
3. Press Start/Stop. The light stays on and your selected temperature blinks while heating.
4. Once it reaches temperature, the light turns steady — your water is held warm for up to 30 minutes.

To turn it off, press Keep Warm again.

Note: Keep Warm isn't available at the 212°F boiling setting — select it, and the kettle will automatically adjust to 200°F, the highest temperature the feature supports. Lift the kettle off its base to pour; it remembers your settings, but powers down if left off the base for more than a minute.
